What’s your favorite item on the menu?
Udon bowl. And the Orange You Glad It’s Chicken Salad. And the dumplings. I can’t pick—it’s like choosing your favorite child.

What is the strangest roll combination you have ever seen?
Nothing is strange – it’s all unique!

What do you do when stuck in traffic on your commute to or from work?
“Car-aoke”- Singing loudly to songs on the radio, preferably out of tune.

What did you want to be when you were young?
Teacher. CPA. Actress. I changed my mind probably every two years.

You are chosen out of millions of applicants to start the first colony on the moon. You are only allowed to bring five personal items with you. What items do you bring?
A 4-photo-picture frame with pictures of my family, a photo book that a friend made chronicling our girls’ trip to New Orleans, my grandmother’s heart necklace, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and my running shoes.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Yellow by Coldplay. We’re in the no judgment zone, right?

What would/does your vanity plate say?
HOOK 3M (I’m assuming someone else in Texas already has HOOK EM)

Something that works. I kill computers.

If you had to be one of our Featured Rolls, which would you be, and why?
The Funky Fresh Chicken- Very funky, and so fresh and so clean, clean.

What’s your hidden talent?
Pinterest-ing. I love pinning recipes and making them, or better variations of them.

Who’s your favorite Beatle?
Beatle Juice, Beatle Juice, Beatle Juice...uh-oh

What is your favorite piece of clothing? Why?
Any of my HDYR? shirts of course! I probably wear at least one a week…
