Alicia is the behind the scenes girl here at the how do you roll? headquarters. Officially, she is the Executive Assistant and works with Accounting, Compliance, HR, Office Management, and is our receptionist. She attended Texas A&M in Corpus Christi and paid her way through by servin’ up drinks. She found her Executive Assistant calling when she began working for Freescale Semiconductor in 2004. In 2006, her and her hubby started up a company called Modern Concrete Creations that specializes in decorative concrete surfacing. Her (still active) role within this company is Accounting, Finance, Commercial Project Management, and general administrative duties. In 2012, she joined the hdyr? team as the Executive Assistant. Can we give her a high five please? hdyr?’s core values have made her appreciate integrity, betterment, and emotional competency in her day to day life. She strives to teach her daughters the importance of these values. When she’s not working, she likes to hang out with her husband, Brad, and her two daughters, Cali (7) and Cadence (5). They love enjoying what the Texas country and city of Austin have to offer. They are avid campers, travelers, and water sport enthusiasts.
