Petey's story
In high school I was in great shape, but after a few years of the college lifestyle, I found myself so overweight I couldn't run. The day I hit 300 pounds, I said, "This isn't me, I need to lose the weight while I still can." A friend recommended How Do You Roll? as a healthy alternative for the usual greasy college food. I began exercising again and eating at HDYR? five times a week. A year later, I've lost 80 pounds and I'm back in control of my own body. It's a better me, and it's by me.
