Even for those who have been afraid to try sushi we have several menu options including soy wraps and grilled chicken or beef, as well as more traditional sushi items. In the end, it’s all about how YOU roll.

Encouraging Healthy Eating: Sushi is one of the healthiest dining options available for a number of reasons: nori (the seaweed wrap) contains trace minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, which are great for cell metabolism, and digestive, endocrine and nervous system support. Rice is low in calories and brown rice is rich in fiber, minerals, and vitamins, particularly the B-complex vitamins. Fish and shellfish are excellent lean sources of protein. They supply the body with the minerals iron, calcium, magnesium, iodine, selenium, phosphorus, and potassium and plenty of vitamins A, D, and B-complex. Fatty fish especially, such as salmon and escolar, are one of the best sources of omega fatty acids, specifically omega-3 EPA and DHA, which maintains a healthy cardiovascular system.We make this healthy food easily accessible for a great value. Giving back: In our first year of franchising, we donated over $10,000 to local philanthropic organizations. Close to the hearts of our founders, we have a passion for supporting organizations that promote healthy eating and fight childhood diseases. We recognize the childhood obesity epidemic in our country and want to make a difference. That’s why we created a corporate campaign distributing free kid’s meal cards to local schools and other childhood programs. Last year we gave away 25,000 and will expand that number in upcoming years. We hope to truly have an impact on the next generation of eaters by empowering them to make more balanced and better choices.

 

YOUR WORLD

Sustainability and the Environment: As a prime purveyor of quality sushi ingredients, we aim to reset world food production standards as we work towards sustainability. We do this by only serving fish that is farm-raised in order to ensure that we do not engage in overfishing of wild endangered populations. We are continuously working to increase our organic ingredient options on our line and the majority of our paper products are recyclable. We’ve incorporated recycling into our internal processes and encourage our franchisees to do the same in their stores.
